Privacy Policy

We only collect the data you type into the site's forms:
- When you request a booking: your name, phone number and message, along with the course or service you picked.
- When you send a message from the contact page: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message itself.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
The site never asks for card details or identity documents.

We use your data to reply to your booking request or message, to contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the appointment and its details, to send the newsletter to subscribers, and to keep a record of requests in the admin panel so the team can follow up. We never use your data for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you subscribed.

Requests are stored in an admin panel protected by a password that only the authorized center staff can enter, and the site's connection runs over HTTPS. Access is limited to what the work requires. If we discover an issue affecting customer data, we work to fix it and inform the people affected.

We keep booking and message data for as long as it is needed to follow up on the service and keep records, then we delete it or strip it of identifying details. A subscriber's email stays on the newsletter list until they ask to unsubscribe, and it is then removed. You can ask us at any time to delete or correct your data, and we will act on the request.

We do not sell customer data or exchange it for marketing purposes. Sharing is limited to:
- The hosting provider that stores the site and its database, in a technical capacity only.
- WhatsApp, because a booking request reaches the center's number through the app.
- Official authorities when the law requires it.
